Wit's Lighthouse provides delivery to any street address in Singapore, excluding restricted areas e.g. Pulau Ubin. For overseas delivery, kindly drop us an email at 

Wit's Lighthouse engages carefully selected delivery service providers for our door-step deliveries. A tracking number will be provided to you after your lights are collected for delivery.

Delivery Charges

Buyers are eligible for FREE DELIVERY on purchases above $150. For purchases below $150, you only need to pay a flat fee of $10. These fees are stated when you check out your shopping cart. These fees are calculated on purchases after any discounts are applied.


Order Processing & Delivery Duration 

Purchases made after 4pm on Fridays, weekends and public holidays will be prepared on the next business day.

Our delivery service providers will collect your cart items on Tuesdays and Fridays. Kindly give us 3 – 5 days to prepare & deliver your lights.

Delivery Policy

Wit's Lighthouse will usually consolidate and deliver your lights in a single order. We rarely ship your cart items separately but if we do, there will NOT be extra charges. 

In the unlikely event of a wrong delivery, kindly contact our customer service team at or call us at +65 6291 6841 within seven days. A replacement will be delivered to you at no extra charges.

Delivery Arrangements

  1. Door-step Deliveries:

    Your purchases will be delivered once it is ready without any pre-arranged schedule. Kindly ensure you or an authorized person is there to receive the items.

    Should the first delivery order fails, don’t worry! Our delivery service provider will inform you of the failed delivery and you may reschedule with them based on your convenience. Third or more delivery attempts are chargeable based on our delivery charges

    If you are uncontactable to reschedule a delivery, your purchases will be held for 30 Days maximum from date of first failed delivery attempt. After this time, this purchase will be cancelled with no refunds.

  2. Self-Collection:

    We encourage self-collection at our premises. Your purchase will be held at our place for 30 Days from scheduled collection date. After this time, this purchase will be cancelled with no refunds.

Return Policy

Wit’s Lighthouse offers a 7 days return policy which allow our customers to seek exchange for eligible item(s). To be eligible for the return policy, • Item(s) must be in the original packing in a new and unused condition. • You must return the item(s) to Wit’s Lighthouse during opening hours together with the original sales receipt/ proof of purchase. Do note that our return policy lasts for 7 days from date of delivery, after which there will be strictly no refund or exchange.


Items bought from us are strictly non-refundable upon submission for delivery.


Only damaged or faulty items are exchangeable. Kindly drop us an email at within 5 days upon receiving the item for our investigation. If we find your item(s) to be eligible for exchange, we will arrange for the same item(s) to be delivered to your premise at no extra cost.

Damaged items resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear and products damaged after receipt of delivery are not eligible for exchange.

Delivery cost for sending the item(s) to the customer will be incurred by the customer and are non-refundable. The refundable amount is calculated as follows: Refund amount = Final Price of Item(s) – Delivery Fee The time required for the exchanged item(s) to reach you may vary depending on your location. Wit’s Lighthouse do not guarantee and will not be responsible for any missing item(s) under the return policy. If you are shipping item(s) of $75 and above for return or exchange, it is highly recommended for you to consider using a traceable shipping service or purchase a shipping insurance.

Changing Your Order

No additional costs will be charged if you decide to change your purchase before delivery. Simply drop us an email at Note that exchanges are only available for items of the same price or less. The balance amount will be refunded to the same method of payment as the original payment. For items of a higher price, kindly drop us an email and we will cancel the order for you. You cannot change your order after receiving an email confirming your order delivery.

Cancellation Policy

No additional costs will be charged if you decide to cancel your purchase before delivery. Simply drop us an email at and the balance will be refunded to the same method of payment as the original payment. You cannot cancel the purchase after receiving an email confirming your order delivery.

Price Protection

Should you find the item(s) you bought is of a lower price than the original price with no discount code applied on our site within 14 days of placing your order, you may write in to us at to have the difference returned to you on your original mode of payment The Price Protection applies only if the item is bought on It is not applicable between promotional codes you used and another promotional codes we are running e.g 10% and 15% Referral Program Discount Coupon. Only one discount code is allowed for every purchase.
